Eastool was founded in 2010 and specializes in the development and manufacturing of plastic extrusion tooling and downstream equipment.

Recognized as a National High-Tech Enterprise and a Specialized and Innovative SME, Eastool serves a wide range of applications, including PVC window and door profiles, panels and sheets, WPC foam profiles, fencing profiles, technical profiles, and co-extrusion profiles.

With 3D engineering design, intelligent CNC programming, and years of experience in extrusion tooling and equipment manufacturing, Eastool provides customized solutions tailored to real production requirements.

           For high-standard projects, we work closely with our long-term Austrian design partners, while precision machining, assembly, trial runs, and final delivery are completed at our facility in China. This collaboration helps customers meet demanding project requirements while improving purchasing efficiency and cost control.

           In manufacturing, we use imported specialty tooling steel and advanced equipment, including Swiss Agie-Charmilles four-axis wire EDM machines, high-speed graphite electrode milling machines, CNC machining centers, and mirror grinding machines. These capabilities allow us to control critical dimensions, flow-channel accuracy, and assembly quality.

           To verify production stability, Eastool operates three in-house extrusion testing lines: Battenfeld-Cincinnati 93-28P-C, Theysohn TTS 88P-26, and Jinhu SJZ-65/132. Together with the SFM Scanner 250 profile measurement system from Bulgaria, we inspect trial profiles for dimensional accuracy and tolerance compliance.
