From September 1st to 3rd, the Meeting on the Formulation of 6 Mold Standards, sponsored by the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Moulds and undertaken by the Zhejiang Mould Industry Association, was successfully held in Jiangshan City, Zhejiang Province. Representatives from standard-drafting units including Zhongwang Electric Power Technology Co., Ltd., Shenzhen Yinbaoshanxin Technology Co., Ltd., and Tongling Aisen Mould Technology Co., Ltd., as well as experts from domestic mould research, production and application units, attended the meeting.

This meeting received great attention from the People's Government of Jiangshan City. Wang Yihong, Member of the Party Committee and Deputy Director of the Bureau of Education of Jiangshan City, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. Deputy Director Wang extended a warm welcome to the experts in the mould industry, introduced the economic development and cultural characteristics of Jiangshan City, and wished the Jiangshan meeting a complete success.

During the meeting, discussions were held on 2 national standards, 3 industrial standards, and 1 national social organization standard. Specifically, the meeting discussed and addressed the draft for comments of 2 national standards (including Locating Rings for Molding Dies) and 3 industrial standards (including Steam Injection Molds for High-Gloss Plastic Grilles of Automobiles), as well as the industry opinions collected. Additionally, discussions were conducted on the draft of the social organization standard Extrusion Molds for Wood-Plastic Composite Profiles. After the meeting, the drafting team will revise the standard texts based on expert opinions, and formulate the submission drafts of national and industrial standards as well as the draft for comments of the social organization standard.
